“Module three on timestamps was uncomfortable in a good way—we had been averaging clocks that were never aligned.”Jonah R., process analyst — Manchester
Flagship course
Throughput Signal Lab
A five-week programme that turns scattered process exports into a readable signal map for workflow decisions.
Learning outcomes
- Separate capacity constraints from noise in your primary workflow.
- Define a short signal set with explicit inclusion rules for timestamps.
- Facilitate a weekly review that ends in a decision, not a status tour.
- Document limitations so stakeholders know what the map cannot claim.
Instructor
Former shared-services analyst; facilitates Logic Workflow Core cohorts across GB.

Handoff patterns
Read cross-team stalls and design escalation triggers.
Cadence & limits

FAQ
Do I need a BI platform?
No. Spreadsheets are fine for the lab. The method cares about definitions more than tooling.
What is a real limitation of this course?
We cannot repair incomplete source systems. If your tools do not record stage entry times, the lab will help you document that gap—but it will not invent precision that is not there.
Is there a refund window?
Yes. See our refund policy for eligibility and timeframes.
