Refund policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply to paid programme seats invoiced by Logic Workflow Core. Informational prices on this site are not charges. Consumer rights under UK law remain unaffected where they apply.

Timeframe for full refund

You may request a full refund within 14 days of payment if you have not accessed live cohort sessions or downloadable paid materials. After first live attendance or material download, full refunds are no longer available.

Partial refunds

If Logic Workflow Core cancels a cohort, you receive a full refund or a free transfer to a later date. If you withdraw after the 14-day window but before week three of a multi-week programme, a 40% partial refund may be offered at our discretion, less any non-recoverable facilitation costs.

Non-refundable items

Completed private facilitation blocks, custom research packs, and third-party exam fees (if any are arranged separately) are non-refundable once delivered.

Refund process

Email hello@logic-workflowcore.click with your invoice number, programme name, and reason. We confirm eligibility within five working days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10–15 working days. Bank timelines may add a few days beyond our processing.

Cancellation by us

We may cancel or reschedule for facilitator illness or insufficient enrolment. You may choose a transfer or a full refund.

Exceptions

Serious documented illness may qualify for transfer even after the standard window; we review these case by case and may request supporting information.
